No need to travel up the Central Coast—Aaron Jackson, the celebrated winemaker behind Aaron Wines, is bringing his bold, boundary-pushing wines straight from Paso Robles to West Tasting Room for one special evening.
Known for his unconventional approach, Aaron crafts Petite Sirah-driven wines from the rugged hillsides of west Paso Robles and single-vineyard Pinot Noirs from the far reaches of the San Luis Obispo Coast. Each bottle is his personal love letter to the Central Coast.
