2016 Gramercy Cellars Lower East Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley
Subtle notes of dark chocolate, rose hips, beechwood, vanilla bean, thyme and turkish spices. This wine definitely leans more towards elegant than powerful. The palate has silky tannins with firm acidity carrying the mid palate. The finish is long but soft and approachable.

About the Winery:
Winemaker Greg Harrington, the youngest crowned Master Sommelier in the world, moved from Manhattan to Washington to make his own wine. That’s the start of the Gramercy Cellars where minimalist wine making techniques (no or little new oak, no additives) and a lot of time (extended aging) has created wine that’s considered some of the best that Washington offers. “Named Top 100 Wineries in the World” 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 by Wine & Spirits Magazine.
